There is a job that can be applied for in every branch. At the bottom of the page, there will be an appliance form for each available position.

1. Preamble

We the people of the Ice Warriors Nation, have come to an accomodation among these rules, to actualize a free democratic nation among these who populate it. We wish to resemble the peace and liberty that is to resign and exist inside the properties of our great nation. Admist our system, U.S.I.W. has three existing branches: Executive (President), Judicial (Supreme Court), and Legislative (Senators, House of Representatives). Our job is to implement the barrier of keeping Clubpenguin and its penguins invulnerable to waddle around.

Laws of the U.S.I.W. Nation will be divided amongst the positions available. Citizens (Note: Citizen rules apply to ALL troops/positions)

• The act of cheating (bots and/or multi-logging in) is banned is to not be accepted in any time of event.
• In no way shall any soldier commit a mutiny or revolt against leaders or superiors. In no way shall any troop influence another one to join seditious and rebellious activity. Freedom of speech and press is allowed, meaning these things can be said and typed, but no action against leaders is tolerated.
• All citizens have the right to voice their opinion without stirring activity.
• No citizen shall presume the act of impersonating, lying in court, or making false accusations.
• All complaints will be answered if the complaint is registered orderly in the Complaint Department. This corresponds with Freedom of Speech and Press.
• Citizens have the right to switch to other nations and armies while maintaining activeness in the U.S.I.W.
• Citizens have the right to make petitions against persons in GOVERNMENT positions.
• No citizen shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain, except among recommendation.

Governor Regulations

• No governor shall give away their server without approval of Leader/Chief Iceyfeet1234.
• All governors are allowed to make changes and restrictions in their proper server.
• All governors can declare a lock down of their server or the re-opening of their server borders.
• A governor has the right to assign certain troops patrolling jobs for their server.
• No governor shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain, except among recommendation.

Senators/Regulations

• Every senator has the right to voice their opinion at a Congressional meeting.
• No senator shall presume the action of signing for themselves and another senator.
• No senator shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.
• A senator has the right to propose a bill and be displayed at a Congressional meeting.

Ambassador Hershey658

• The Ambassador is able to decide the future of outlaws.
• Has no right to control the persons filling the ranks of senator/top senator without permission of President.
• No ambassador shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

Associate Judge San Chivas

Associate Judge Boomer 20 (ACP)

• Are able to handle out punishments without Chief Justice’s opinion.
• Have the power to fill in for absence of Chief Justice, if Chief Justice isn’t available. (President decides)
• Voted by Senate and approved by President.
• Associate judges are allowed to inter-cross with different armies. (PROTECT FROM BIASED RULINGS)
• No judge shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

Chief Justice – Seanehawk

• Has the highest seat of Superior Court.
• Does not command any of the above or below listed ranks.
• If the above or below listed ranks are sentenced to court, Chief Justice is allowed to sentence punishment.
• Judge of every case unless absent or if President appoints other Associate Judge.
• No judge shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

Vice President – Articsledder

• A VP can only serve two terms with under the president.
• Votes in Senate if there is a tie.
• A VP can propose a bill and must be sent to a Congressional meeting to be voted on.
• No VP shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

President - Davon

• The President has no right to control the military.
• The President has all the rights of the above listed.
• The President is able to confiscate any rank from a person enlisted in the Government.
• No President shall bribe for their own personal/commercial gain.

Note: All suspensions/confiscations must be retained in a Court of Law before becoming official.

4. Electoral Decisions

The U.S.I.W. maintains a Democratic Republic. That means we are a mix between a Democracy (We elect our leaders) and a Republic (The people have a say, and we have votes for big decisions). The system of election is as follows:  Note: There won’t be a new President until the current one resigns.

• Everyone submits their name if they want to be elected. Note: You must be in IW for at least three months and active (coming to chat/wars).
• Polls will be held, and the winners after our voting session ends, will be elected and placed a spot in the government. Note: Certain positions in the U.S.I.W. government requires a specific range of rankings in the IW Military.
  

5. Executive Branch

General of Military - Iceyfeet1234 (Technically, has no say in the government, but we thought we’d add him just because)
President - Davon/Sriv007 - In
Vice President – Articsledder
Cabinet: Secretary of Homeland Security: Jangopengo – These people are in charge of getting patrols through at least once a day.
Secretary of State (Ambassador): Hershey658 – These people are the Ambassadors who head the Foreign Affairs Department.
Presidential Advisor: Ruggy93 - This person advises the Government.
Internal Affairs Secretary: Akaboy123 – The person in this position handles things that happen inside the U.S.I.W.
Defense Minister: Lorenzo Bean – This soldier is the person in charge of finding out who is attacking and infiltrating the U.S.I.W. servers. They are to alert the Leader/Chief as quickly as can be.
Recruiting Director: Iceyfeet1234 – This troop manages the recruitment that goes on on CP, and they are in charge of getting 15 recruits a month.

6. Judicial Branch

This branch provides justice to the U.S.I.W. using  a system that will separate the guilty from the innocent. The ranks for this branch are as follow:

• Associate Judge 1 – Boomer 20 (ACP)
• Associate Judge 2 – Soccerfan8 (IW)
• Associate Judge 3 – San Chivas (IW)
  
• Chief Justice – head judge for every case, unless President appoints another associate Judge or if the Chief Justice is absent - Seanehawk (IW)

All of the associate judges will act as an aid of the Chief Justice. If the Chief Justice misses his/her court date, an associate judge will replace him/her. Anyone who breaks the Laws of the Land will be taken into court. The defendant’s lawyer are:   Defendant Lawyer: Nickle37915 - He/She is responsible for proving the defendant innocent. When any of the above fail to attend a court case, it shall be re-scheduled. And after 1 re-schedule, the court will continue as neccesary without the defendant, and the Judge at that appointed time will decide the final statement. **JURY: ALL JURY’S WILL BE RANDOMLY SELECTED FROM THIS AND DIFFERENT ARMIES/NATIONS. THIS IS CALLED, “JURY DUTY”**

7. Legislative Branch

The legislative branch serves the U.S.I.W. with it’s power to pass bills/new laws. The senators and top senators listed above have the power to veto or approve laws to be passed. The legislative branch is as follows: Senators: {9}

    For a bill/new law to be passed, 6/10 or 6 out of 10 Senators must vote, Yes, in favor. If there is a tie, meaning that there are 5 votes on one side, and 5 votes on the other, the VP will step in and account for the final vote.

Sub Zero: Capital of Ice Warriors. Must have heavy patrolling at nearly every chance of being.
Husky: Training server of the Ice Warriors. Here we will, obviously, train our soldier to our tactics. This server, also, should
be patrolled at a steady rate.
